The story is really nice, and slow-paced. The turn based combat is really efficient and the way you level up using growth plates. Problem is that there are areas designed for high leveled players (theres one to the left of the village where the story starts) , if you enter while being low leveled u might get stuck. There are danger signs but it doesnt specify on how high your level needs to be. I suggest you avoid them until you are halfway the game.2024-04-11 15:03:35

The growth plate leveling mechanic is very well designed, the graphics are perfect for the game, and the story text is a credit to both the English language and creative abilities of the writers. A little bit more fluidity in the story line would help that last item, which (as far as I can tell) is the only minor weakness in the game. Thanks for producing this! Cute stereotypical characters, but I could do without the gross pressure on Elodie to "cuddle" a stranger for a review. Not okay to promote that attitude!!! Customizable combat AI options would be great. Writing is okay but not really engaging. Allow me to be absolutely, positively clear. This is exactly what I have meant, for so long, when I said I want a real rpg that I can play on my phone. The characters are distinct from one another, the gameplay is engaging, and the progression is smooth and even. There's no ads actively obstructing progress, and there's no energy system locking away content. This is how app games should be made. Very fun and interesting RPG game. This is technically my first RPG game that I haven't gotten bored of and just deleted. It's good for road trips or time killer. Could work on some of the length of some of the dialogue, it gets time consuming and sometimes has nothing to do with the story or has any use. I find this game incredibly fun. I am surprised to find such a good game for free. The growth plate system is really nice and original. However, one thing I find mildly annoying is that, in battles, it lists the current and maximum HP, but it doesn't list the maximum MP. It would list a party member as having 41 MP in battle, but you can't tell if it's their max or if it's less than half, so it's a bit of a gamble to decide who to use an MP restorative item on mid-battle.2024-04-07 05:22:38
