This Grand Gin Rummy is awesome! I love that the whole screen font is larger & easier to read. The movement of the game is quicker which maybe because the game is reading the wi-fi conncetion. The older version was having problems reconigizing the wi-fi signal even when I was in the same room as the modem and the signal was at 72bps. This cost me several lost games. I agree with most on here in somewhat negative review. Good layout graphic ect... But I'm having doubt about squarness of game. Maybe when I get a freaking gin in 2 draws I might think differently. In 2 separate games back to back I don't care if you have a horseshoe up your b#tt your not having back to back games with gin in 3 moves or less mathematically impossible !2024-09-24 08:26:40

Fun, but DO NOT spend money. My tracking has shown the card function is random. However, the game *is* rigged by making you play against bots if you hit threshholds based on your level and chips. The bot is obvious: grossly unrealistic skill (near-constant gins), and a predictable cycle of playing way too fast and then inserting pauses. Before each game, you should be given the stats of your proposed opponent, informed if it's a bot, and be able to reject the opponent. So, play, but don't pay.2024-09-24 03:00:47

Update: so I knocked with a ace left. So did the opponent. THEY won said the game. Game said they undercut. Just how in the h_ll can an ace undercut an ace? This is messed up. I'm done if you don't spend money you can't go far. I will uninstall after I lose all my chips. have spent $15. Was winning at first. I love this game but there one major flaw - I can't arrange my cards, it automatically puts them in order. The graphics, the style, the rewards are all so great, but because I have no control of the order of the cards in my hand I've had to jump ship and play a different game. When this issue is fixed I'd be back in a heartbeat. EDIT - after the lovely response from the developer, I see their point and they've probably made the right choice for this type of play. I really love this game but I also really think it's unfair and set up to exploit you into buying gems with real money. The buy in on a table is always double what you'd win back, which means if you lose one game, you have to play 2 games to break even again. If you lose 2 games, that's 4 games you have to play to break even, etc, and it's hard to get a win rate over 50% so you're always broke.
