I love the puzzles that are used to accumulate points in order to play the 'story' of fixing the broken houses the characters find themselves in. I also really enjoyed doing the 'story'. Initially I gave the app a five star review, even though there are a lot of ads. I'm now finding that new stories have stalled and when I click on the story icon, it just says 'coming soon'... and many puzzles later it is still stalled. This game would be better if there were less adds or at least a small fee to remove adds. There seems to be a LOT of them. It would also be great if the puzzle could take up most of the screen instead of having to do the puzzle in sections. Like a zoom in and out feature instead of dividing it up into quarters. I like that you can use your own photos for puzzles. The app puzzles are great. I don't mind the ads. HOWEVER 3 times now I have had to leave the app without completing the puzzle (because life) and when I go back into the app all my progress is erased/not saved. It is so annoying spending time on something and not being saved. The 1st time I was like "meh" but now...nope. I'm done.2024-06-10 15:04:30

I have reinstalled the game and found the problem still exists. Almost every time when I go back to finish what I've started, I find that I have to redo a section of the puzzle that I have already completed. 1 star.2024-06-10 10:48:05

Really enjoy this game, like the jigsaws, easy to do, choice of piece size. The mini game is building a better environment and helping a character. The ads are not intrusive, only occur before and after a section is played. They are short in duration. The thing that may drive me away is the placement of the bottom ads. Normally it's either Walmart or Amazon, it right at the bottom right under the pieces. Too easy to grab, and then you're in a new window and have to fight to get back.2024-06-09 02:29:24

Very enjoyable & relaxing. A good way to unwind after a long stressful day & can even fall asleep to the soothing piano music. The issue I've had is when the ads play between puzzles or to get hints makes the game drop to a black screen & you can't get back to the puzzle or get the hints. It's really frustrating because it's a great app/game otherwise. Update: the game continues to black out between sections of the puzzle.
