got a ride, driver took wrong route but price never got rectified as promised by the driver. when using app to contact get an None reference exception. 4 years later and still 1 stars. Drivers always cancel accepted rides or take a long time to arrive, pet drivers arrive at pickup and say they can't take dogs and just leave!? I've been trying to raise a complaint because 3 drivers pressed "Driver has arrived" when in fact none of the 3 had moved. Bolt app made it impossible to raise complaints because the screen where you have to describe the complaint does not take any text. Uber is a bit more expensive but at least their Drivers are kept in check. I'm disappointed, Bolt.2024-05-11 23:12:12

1 star because I've been waiting, waiting for my refund were the driver didn't end the trip. It's really frustrating to send the support team an enquiry about my refund but I just get the same reply everytime which is them saying "I've sent the amount to your bank account", however I won't lie their support team service is good with short periods of time in-between replies. In Tbilisi, Georgia, there are two ride sharing apps, Bolt and Yandex Taxi. I used to prefer Bolt. No longer. Bolt customer support has been slow or even non-responsive. Yandex Taxi customer service is FAR better. They are always quick to make refunds, or correct errors. They actually care about how the customer feels about his or her ride. Worse by the month. I've had drunk drivers, drivers who take rides but refuse pickup and won't cancel, so they don't get penalized. Was left waiting for 45 minutes, reported the issue and there were no consequences, no support. Scheduling a ride in advance actually doubled my price - what a scam.2024-05-09 15:40:33
