First time using really disappointed. I have tried to send a top up to Jamaica, it came up with an error saying it hadnt work when in actual fact it has taken 2 payments and created 2 identical top ups. Both top ups have been sitting there in progress for almost 6hrs. Click on help and it comes up with an error for that too

I had to delete the app and reinstall it, for it to work, and it's after I put my credit more than 6times, the app is also registered with my email, and all my other top up transactions are deleted, I have no records or history of my past top up. I'm in Canada, and it's very frustrating

The app is easy to use but I don't like the fact it automatically selects autopay or that the lowest amount you can top up family and friends starts at either $15 for data or $20 top up and there isn't an option to enter how much you as the person can choose to top up. I think that is cheeky of digicel but that is just me

It works but could be better. Instead of having a long list of top up options, why isn't there an option to input a custom amount of credit to top up? It would be a lot more convenient that scrolling through the everlasting list of top up options to find an "OK" one.

Tech team never contacted me back via email or gave the correct number the credit which was paid for. And even when you show your receipts of payment they dont do the right thing and give the top up credit to the correct person...such a scam. Im disputting the charges with my bank now!

I have been using Digicel app to send money for years but from they updated it. I have been trying to send credit for 2 months now and can't. I entered the mobile number and continuously pressing on continue but not letting me continue. I would like to be able to send credit (top ups)
