First, and one of most important problems - Scenes not working when the device is not connected to the Internet. If a device powering my router - there is no way to restart it using scene . The Application need subscription and additional payment in order to use some of its options. The application still have many bugs , menu structure is created with lack of sense. It's a great app, with a great experience with great products. I have had zero problems with this app.The product however, the 9 watt bulbs I got for my b-day (yes that did happen.) are a little too bright at their dimmest. It was good for a couple of months until it keeps turning on and off without someone doing it. Did a troubleshoot with my whole network including devices that has control and even did uninstall and reinstall. It keeps offline after not using it for a time then the devices tries to reconnect. Its annoying!!!! I had to restart the process allover again.. removed my device associated with Toya and now I'm using the regular one, thats manual. So angry about this. This is so unreliable. If it did what it claims to, it would be amazing. But it constantly forgets which lights are in a group even though they're still in the group, and the lights are always going offline and I have to refresh the app many times until they show up again.
