Just heard about the app..installed it for one day but I'm never going to use it again or recommend it to anyone, worst experience ever. I called the driver 5 minutes before pick up to confirm the ride, and after 30 minutes of waiting, he suddenly cancelled it!! The next driver took ages to arrive as well. I have been charged 5 times for a trip i couldn't book because of 'an error while loading this page', 'change your payment method', 'connectivity issues'. And even though said trip doesn't show in my history, money was deducted from my account 5 times!!! And there's no access to customer support or any method to report the issue. Worst app. Doesn't reply to your emails. I had this issue of cancelling fee when they charged you for cancelling when the driver did not arrive at your selected destination. It was very clear that the driver did not arrive and went to another location. Then the app charged me totally from his mistake. Cmon guys. This wasnt the first. In the new update, i cant enter a new location as my destination. Unlike before you can drop the pin in the map of the new location you want to go to as your destination.
