A great survey platform that allows me to earn a decent amount for every survey taken. Payment is quick and easy via PayPal. Customer Care is one of the best. System is fast, interface not complicated and the site never crashes or freezes. Please look at the introducing App pop up notifications on the mobile phone when a new survey is available. Right now, I have to keep the App open to see when a new survey is available, although I have enabled notifications for the Prime Opinion App.

Each time that I attempt to complete a survey, it says not qualified. This is even after I've correctly answered the qualifying questions! I don't know what's going with this app. It's not working. My new account was put on hold for maybe a couple of hours. Ever since then, it's not allowing me to qualify. Before it was held, I was answering surveys. I need to know what's happening. I like the app, but if this keeps happening, I will delete my account.

Waste of time. I completed enough to cash out at 500 points, then found my account was temporarily banned for "suspicious activity". After it was unbanned, I came back and failed to qualify for 22 surveys in a row, all picked by Prime. Now, no surveys available. Fine. Try to cash out. Both PayPal and Venmo fail. Nothing in their help system about why they are blocking me from cashing out _sigh_ ... 3/8/24 Update: No joy. They have answered no questions. filed maybe 10 issues.

It's a good app, cash out is pretty easy all things considered. The only problem I have with the app is that sometimes some of the surveys don't go all the way through, but other than that it's pretty easy to make a lil bit of cash on here as long as u have time and patience...

Prime Opinion is terrific. One of the best survey sites. It sends out surveys to your email and you can complete them on your time. Lots and lots of interesting surveys daily. Payout is really fast too. I am loving it. More surveys please. Service help is exceptional. There is always someone to answer your questions. Way to go Prime Opinion.

I downloaded this app because of all the good reviews. But in the 4 days I've had this app downloaded, I've been able to complete 2 surveys. 1st was meant to be 10 mins, went for 3hr. I get rejected from every other survey. Also, I wouldn't call 25-896mins a short survey. Don't waste your time or data
