No coordination in between the shopper, customer service and rider. Although my orders arrived, the delivery time was not within the timeframe on the app. The shopper and customer service did not relay to the rider that I need change since my payment option is CoD and dont have the exact amount anymore because of item availability and price changes. It is okay to use since everything is there but should improve customer service from shopper up to rider. I do not recommend this app for now.2024-04-27 01:18:15

Bad UX. I ordered for 30 mins only to find out that the next scheduled delivery date is a week after. Also, in terms of UI, the text are small and hard to read. I was looking forward to using this app because it seemed so convenient but now I would never use it again. The shopper made replacements to our order without at least notifying us and this was for GROCERIES. She just replaced almost all the meat we added to our cart with the kind of meat that we know nothing about. What makes it worse is that she added the expensive kind so I had to pay for something expensive that we don't even know how to cook. Terrible first experience. Very convenient. For 140 pesos, I got shopping assistance and delivery. That is way less than the money I could have spent on cab fare to and from the grocery, not to mention the energy I would have to exert looking for my items and avoiding those that I don't really need. I just wish they would update the availability of the items daily so that my items won't have to be replaced, or give an update on how much was actually charged on my credit card in the event that there were replaced items.2024-04-26 06:30:41

Edited review: Modifications were applied. I was able to use it more than a couple of times. Definitely helpful. May I just add that the features are helpful only if the personnel managing deliveries will also take note of it like the delivery notes and remarks. Previous review: The App is useless when delivery is not available. It would be appreciated if there is an indicated info. like "Delivery in your area is not available.
