Customers should have the option to club together all the home cleaning services. As of now the Sofa cleaning cannot be booked with bathroom cleaning and mini add ons in the same cart we need to do separate bookings for both and there is a minimum amount fixed. This is inconvenient as either the customer will have to book some more service unwillingly or they will have to drop the required service.

The AC service is not up to the mark. After the service, the compressor is not starting. The AC has lost its cooling effect. Really bad service. There is no customer care service and the automated chat bot is not helpful at all

Worst experience with the app, I booked for AC service just a routine general service for the summer month they don't have many option to choose so I booked for AC deep clean with anti rust coating which I don't need but anyway they did and I can't able to use my ac for one night which is fine but the cleaning was also not good no deep clean they just did the same thing as lite cleaning but I paid around 999 for the service due to my urgency I paid extra a total of 177 very worst experience

Inflated rates for everything. I used it just two times since it started its services in my city as the work done by the service provider is exactly the same given by local directly contacted service provider. They are minting only on the basis of the pomp & show through their website rest on grassroot level all is same. Nothing fascinating when you book service through this app. Always prefer getting service done by the local directly contacted technician. UC is only meant for spendthrifts.

inspite of address mentioned in the app, service people went to online location which was wrong. This delayed the service by 45 minutes. This was pathetic. why cannot service person as per address mentioned in the app . As per your absurd policy, service person goes to location, which is wrong

The support is virtual chat bot and no other customer support available. If your booked professional is not coming, there's no way you can cancel or reschedule without giving money. Why are we expected to pay for cancel and rescheduling when the professional is not available. There should be a way to handle such scenarios in the app itself.
