No audio errors, great app and video quality but you can't watch full screen and the subtitles size is so small to concentrate on the drama. Sometimes it's lagging. Not deserve to pay for VIP unless you can watch it on TV2024-04-20 03:32:53

I pay the 5.99 a month to get vip yet it's the 3rd day trying to access it to no avail. I've tried logging off going to my account To attempt to repurches once agin telling me to log back in when I have with my Google account! At this point I'm atterly frustrated !! Use to be great but it's not worth the headache it doesn't help that you can't get help straight away/response . I have to get this APP in order to pay for the VIP Subscription of WeTV on my smart TV. But I found out I have to log out every single time in WeTV and then relog-in with this APP QR scan every single day. Or else it won't allow me to watch VIP only shows even though it shows I AM already log into my account. I purchased a VIP yearly pass from TenCent at a cost of 56.99 USD. After installing the pass, I happened to log out of the app. When I logged back in, the pass had disappeared. TenCent refuses to acknowledge my e-mails and Google Play refuses to help because my problem does not qualify. So basically, I have donated 56.99 USD for no particular reason. BEWARE! UPDATE: As of 06/05/2023, I am still without my VIP Pass. TenCent ignores me, and Google Play refuses to help me. I use Viki instead.2024-04-18 02:12:37
