Great concept and WOULD be very convenient if it actually worked consistently and as intended. Seriously trying to do anything on this app takes a whole lot of patience and crossed fingers. So very frustrating and performance is so far below par. Constantly freezes/ stops working, which isn't great when looking, applying and booking inspections for rental properties is extremely time sensitive in the current market, "first in best dressed"!

The idea and concept of the app is great! I love that I can submit multiple applications to real estates. I also love that I can track inspections... But there is a fault that is completely stressing me out & I believe there is room for improvement. I want to login to my account after logging out and I can't. I continue without logging in, then I go to the menu bar and select 'login to an existing account,' which then takes me back to the start asking me to "create an account w/ FB or mobile.

For a while, the app was great. Able to browse properties, set up inspections, make applications, everything. But for the last couple of weeks, it's been unusable. Every time I perform any search, the location defaults to Brisbane. Even after removing it and adding the correct location, it immediately defaults back to Brisbane. And since I've never lived there, nor have any plans to move there, this is anything but useful.

This was working before today. Total site crash. App won't work on Android or Apple. My partner can't use it as it freezes her phone and with mine it crashes everytime. This is frustrating n is causing us to miss inspections. unexceptable. Its hard enough trying to find a place to rent. Can't do anything even on computer. And seriously it seems like it is an ongoing issue. Fix the bugs or give up and shut it down. Its a waste of effort to even use this. My major problem we have lost everything

Constant crashes, inability to view full sized images until property is shortlisted, shortlisting a property stops inspection recommendations, little to no compatibility with the native android back button (closes app instead of going back). As a property search tool, it is very painful to use, but if you can some how manage to find a link to register for a property, it works.

Setting up the application is great and easy. Being able to do that once and apply to multiple properties is great. Though searching for properties and accessing to see how application is going isn't very user friendly. As the properties don't always show with the same criteria chosen and occasionally the pictures aren't viewable on here but they are on other real estate apps
