Very quick and convenient, especially when you're having car problems or travelling. The only thing I wish is that the delivery fees weren't so high. I seems like I pay almost double the price of the order after the tip and service charge. I accept, it's the price of convenience. If only these kind of modern conveniences were available the first few decades of my life. All the generations that grew up with smart phones and delivery service apps will never comprehend how spoiled they are.

Horrible interface that changes randomly between what you ordered last time and what others did; Artifically inflated prices to convince you to pay for their subscription service; Tip percentages change to keep you at a certain threshold, and sometimes it just gives up and provides flat $ amounts; They removed distinguishing features from chain restaurants so its harder to tell if youre ordering from one nearby or literally in a different state unless you check (yes that happened to me once).

Got scammed by their delivery person. After waiting for nearly 2 hours, he brought a fake package that's completely different to what I've ordered (I didnt take it), and then cancels the order in a way that cannot be refunded (app says delivery person made a reasonable effort to make a delivery before cancelling so it cannot be refunded lol). Which means I've basically paid uber for getting nothing delivered and ruining my dinner.Also there is absolutely no contact number for customer support.

I've got a bug in the app showing wrong position of the restaurant. After ordering I've realized the restaurant is far away from where it's supposed to be, and I've used the pick-up option. After contacting support they told me there is no way to refund the order, even though it's their fault in showing wrong position on the map. Stay away from the app as long as you can, and if you need to use it triple check address to not return empty handed

It's been more of a negative experience in the past few months. I don't order often, but when i do, I get drivers who are rude, can't speak English at all and never follow any of the simple directions to get into my building. (Edit) Changed to 1 star after finding out Uber eats doesn't refund missing items any longer. Way to push people away from using this service.

App is pretty good but the Help function is absolutely appalling. I've had two occasions where I didn't receive my order and the driver left it in the middle of nowhere. Noting, I've provided clear insturctions on the app on how to find my apartment and even what road to use. I tried to contact the customer reps for help but no help was given to me. I'm no longer going to use Uber Eats due to how unreliable the drivers are and how shocking the customer service is.
