missing items. although it seems more of a problem with Zomato. they do this repeatedly in case of unable items. where they ask you to choose a replacement due to the unavailability of an item but send you only the replaced item and not the rest. Then they charge you for delivery despite being a gold member

There was a time when Zomato service was on par. But now any and every issue is directed to a bot. Even if the food is worst there is no resolution from their side. There is a list of such issues but now zomato has achieved their name and money so customer concern is none of their business. With every order placed its becoming bad To worse. Hope some good delivery app comes our way and I may get rid of this app for good.

Worst app ever. I paid the bill using zomato however the first time the restaurant didn't receive the money and the transaction shows failed on my zomato Account. however on my bank account the money is deducted. so I had to pay the bill twice. help me as none of the customer helplines nor the stupid AI bot helped me in any ways.

Pleasant. I love fast foods but caz I am introvert I couldn't eat it and it's not like I know any good places to where I can go. But Thanks to Zomato! I found a number of restaurants nearby me where delicious menues are cooked. I got a number of options and different combinations. my favourite combos are seafood and chinese!! The taste is so different from the normal restaurants as they are made by experts and it tastes yummilicious!! And the delivery partners are well mannered as well!

i love ordering when i get great deals or offers and customer care services is all good i had an issue so they solved it and did the needful. I hope they stay the same. The Customer care service, delivery service, offers everything is best than any other app. Only one thing I'm disappointed right now is When the delivery is late even for half an hour the app still shows it's on time that's cheating

Recent experience with zomato has been very bad... The support team doesn't provide any solutions...... The order doesn't reach on time and worst is there solution team... No solution given at all.. the customer suffers , loss of hard earned money... No refund / coupon to compensate the time and money lost...also the prices are generally higher on items than swiggy when ordering... I have been a regular user but recent experiences have made me rethink of using the app
