The app has great stories for all types of readers. Something I would ask is I've seen the stories advertised acted out by people. Like video versions of the stories which I enjoy immensely. If what is shown in the ads made it into the app I will make my review 5 stars. Edit: as for writers like myself it would be easier if there was a desktop version as typing chapters on my phone gets tiring as I have to retype what I've done. I would also like to read my story myself

I'm really enjoying the different voices and stories. It's definitely not a waste of time if you download it. My problem is that, at least you should give us some free coins as a starter pack so it can encourage us to buy more when it's finished. Apart from this, I'm cool with everything. No advertisement and other stuff to interrupt your listing time.

It's worth my time to listen it keeps me entertained! 3 stars because the ads are long for opportunity to get free coins or, you gotta pay or wait till next day. Sometimes, the story randomly stops, and I have to close and reboot to continue to listen. Not yet a 5 star app

I tried an audio book last week and I didn't like it. It didn't grab my attention. The voice was so monotone. But Pocket FM gave a nice long sample that grabbed my attention. Once I downloaded the app and realized it was free, I was in heaven. The story line was very interesting and the voice over was that of different voices and occasional background sounds to go with it. I was in awe and addicted the 1st day. Today is my 2nd day.

The app technical side is fine. I have had no issues with it. My issue is with the exorbitant prices to listen to the books. To pay for the listening experience of a book it costs well over 500 USD. Unless you watch videos which equate to about half of the listening time. So for 14 minutes of audio time you need to watch about 7 minutes of videos. App is way to expensive for thier audio services.

I never thought I'd be into fantasy novels let alone have books read out loud but I'm on my first book and love it! It does cost money after you've read your daily amount of chapters, if you want to unlock more and listen to more. The coins (what you need to unlock chapters faster than waiting for them to unlock) do seem very affordable I'm still on my first book but I have a hard time pausing it to take a break I'm so into it! If anything changes I'll be sure to change my rating.
