Rarely works. Extremely slow. Unreliable. Their app developers need to get it together. This app, along with the battery management (5 second full throttle, throttle reduction at higher speeds) on my Mach E GTPE are making the switch to Tesla extremely appealing. This use to be a very easy app to use, but now the only way you can view your actual account information is to sign in with your password and username and then have a email sent to your email with a code, so then you have go back to the app and then sign in with the code sent to your email, very very annoying!!! Yes I know there trying to protect your privacy, but why not just be able to use your password and username like every other app even your bank account!!2025-02-10 21:38:58

Very slow to actually use as key. Oct 2023 update: this app has honestly failed me many times to the point that I no longer trust it and try to make sure that I always have a key on my person even if I'm not specifically using the key. PAAK function is unreliable and dictates carrying a key fob to be safe. When using the app to find charging locations at a trip destination, it ignores the entered location and forces you to drill down a long list in hopes of finding a charging site. The Ford Pass worked for about 5 months after I bought the Maverick. I think the problem is with the truck battery. Now it doesn't work at all and the dealer says they can do nothing about, I need to drive it more to keep the battery charged.
