Horrible service. My booking time was 10am to 12 noon. Its almost 1pm now, no partner has arrived at the pick up location. Been contacting customer service for past 3hours. They dont share any contacts of their supervisors which makes it impossible to get any resolution. The customer care only raises tickets and passes the blame on next team. They have been yo-yoing like this since 10am.

I paid & booked the house shifting, but even after assignment of a vendor, he refused to do the pick-up & transport. It's such a horrible service that even after trying for hours no one is bothered to either call back or revert on email. Porter sucks & it's worst ever. Pls can I atleast get the refund of the booking amount.

Very horrible experience I had recently with porter during my household shifting. The delivery partner was literally arguing on size of almariah and after continuous effort from myself and from customer care to make them understand that the selected option is correct, the delivery partner started arguing saying that we will stop the shifting midway. Also the carton size should be clearly mention by them during booking as it will help customer to plan their stuffs ready for packing.
