Automatic charges apply. I loaded 50 euros and choose 5 gig data for one month 6.99euros. After month was over I had a left over of 0.8 gigs and got charged additional 18 euros for the data used. Ok, I got over that and after I left EU I turned off the sim card. Suddenly I got charged for activation of 7 days data plan. TIM application is only in Italian language and web site is not accessible (not sure if it is because I am in Serbia at the moment). Very poor service.2025-01-30 13:55:51

Well it's been three months since I lost my money trying to pay for services via this app - several failed trials to pay became several successful transactions and zero of this money appeared in my TIM account. The funniest part is that to address the problem to the support you gotta send fax (yeah) and then wait uncertain amount of time (forever) until they reply to you at least via chat (they stopped replying exactly after sent docs). After the last update I can no longer see the important menu buttons at the bottom of the screen. Rather annoying to have to close the advertisement each time the app is started (even if you have previously pressed the not show this again link) The virtual assistant in the chat is not able at all to assist you Dopo l'ultimo aggiornamento non vedo più gli importanti pulsanti del menù in mesi agli schermo. It gives errors all the time. Could not activate Internet offer. After several trials they took the money but did not activate the offer...and even contacting customer service through the app or the website gives an error. I had to contact 119 that luckily worked. I am based in Italy for the last 4 months and people suggested me to get a contract with TIM. There are 2 major reasons I am giving this app -5 stars. 1) It doesn't let me top-up my account online, I tried literally everything but keep receiving the same error messages for months! 2)There is no English version, why???? -5 From me.
