How to switch my new phone with full chat with image and file!!. I use "Backup and Restore" functuion from Zalo BUT it cannot full transfer from my old phone. Love your app! I think it's better than any of the chat apps out there! You just need to work on a couple of things. 1. CPU usage. It's frequently using ~40% of the CPU and therefore killing the battery. This then leads to the system sending me notifications to close down zalo (I don't want to do that!). 2. A good translate feature. I'm English speaking only and it's obvious to me that because of this I'm not getting the most out of your app. Fix these 2 things and zalo is huge2025-01-30 06:27:05

It works, but it's terrible. This app is so God damn strict about the permission, I can't send my teacher the assignment unless they're friend with me or they turn off the "stranger messaging". I got a 0 by this. I want to uninstall this app, but I can't cuz they're using it and I need information. I have one problem with this app. Every time when I open Zalo it requires verification. But when I try to verify it with my foreign passport or even with a temporary resident card it doesn't allow me to verify! Please fix that problem once and for all! Maybe a good app, but terrible support. My account was banned, but no indication why. I try to email Customer Service many times, but no response. Worse, I create NEW account and try to reconnect with contacts, but account banned again. I tried third time, but banned again!! I am not spammer, I just want a working account!!! Someone from my phone's contact list just got added to my Zalo contact list, saying "because you saved each other's number." What a rubbish reason. I already turned off all sources from finding me, even with my phone number, how come someone got added without me knowing it and without my permission? I am so upset right now, because it is someone I cannot remove, because if I do, I'd be in trouble.
