My child is frustrated and upset. Got sent a replacement card due to fraudulent activity but the card can't be activated, not apparent why. Support "chat" is useless and is no chat at all just an AI bot. You can ring the 1300 phone number which is just a recording to advise you to use their "support chat".

They restricted my account just because a put lump sums off money in the parent wallet and have not responded to my messages trying to fix the issue so my kids can spend their money while we're on holidays! Takes too long for money to transfer from your account if it's not a scheduled top up...

The concept is fantastic for my two special needs children, as it allows them to have a go at managing their finances... only downside is it takes 4 days to transfer money into parent wallet... I wish it was instant or a 24hr deposit.

Was a good service and have been using it with my son for over a year now. That was until I received an email saying my trial had ended and I would be charged $60 per year. Sorry but definitely not worth $60 a year, and really disappointed that no communication was given about this change and adding a membership fee. It's a handy service but not worth $60 per year, there are much cheaper or free alternatives.
