I would have given it a 5 star but alot of times it doesn't let use the voucher which I get from loyalty points. It have happened a few times as when I'm going to the payment screen it glitches and says something went wrong and then when I revert back it says that I used the voucher. The app only allows 1 voucher. unfortunately only have the option to buy 50 zl vouchers, so that's ridiculous. Also, during they payment process, I pressed the back button to confirm my information was correct, and it invalidated my voucher. As I have received the wrong persons food from your app twice and contacted you twice to which you have completely ignored me I will be switching to another service provider. A customer shouldn't have to wait weeks for a reply just to be ignored. You can see that I was using your service 3 to 4 times a week. This money will be going to one of your competitors. This app is a scam. I ordered food and the app told me it was accepted by the restaurant and would be delivered in an hour. The "food tracker" continued to count down, being stuck at 10 minutes for about half an hour. Eventually, (an hour and a half after placing the order) the app claimed the order had been delivered, but I never recieved any food. By this time the restuarant had been closed for nearly half an hour so I could not call to follow up. This app does not give you refunds or care about the quality of there service, only your money. I had multiple meals late and cold of never showed up. When I try to contact someone about it, I get a message saying they received my messages but I never get a answer about my food or refunds for meals that never show up.2025-01-20 17:03:06
