This app is awesome! My cats love to be outside but I'm a nervous cat dad who worries about them wandering into busy streets. Now with the tractive collar I can let them roam around while knowing exactly where they are. Then I can go bring them home if they're going too far or I'm trying to leave the house. I wish I got the collar a long time ago. The app generally works as expected, with pretty good GPS resolution and accuracy - not perfect accuracy but that's to be expected in a city.

When it works it works fine but it won't allow me to track live half the time. It thinks it is in the wifi zone and won't give the option to track live. If I open the app it should always give the option to track. It should never limit the option to track. Wifi range extends pass the inside of the house.

Our farm dog had an accident and lost her leg. I wish we had tractive years ago! I can check on where she is, her activity, sleep status, get alerts when she leaves the virtual fence, and see the history of exactly where she's been! The battery lasts about two weeks. The app is worth every penny and not nearly as expensive as GPS tracking collars were 6 years ago. We love it!

Helpful to find who has been 'borrowing' our cat. GPS offset is a problem - we can watch him walk the road margin but GPS shows him in back yards and in houses (about 20ydsS, 5ydsW). Needs an offset setting. Power saving 'wifi' mode needed to be disabled: it did not transition to roam tracking sooner - I did not realize we were detectable so far away. Cover for collar mount is flimsy and we will lose the device either to trees or scratching his collar. No legacy tablet support for home base use.

Great when it works. It used to but for the past week or so, I cannot track live. It says, Waiting for network... then eventually times out. Over and over! I have reset the tracker and the software is up to date. I have only had it for two months!

Helps keep up with the dog but is not exactly accurate all the time. Its definitely worth it to me having a good idea where my best friend is all the time than no ideal. I wish the activity tracker kept up with steps like FitBark. Instead of activity mins. Had one was very accurate ***HINT HINT TRACTIVE**. Overall, I would recommend for anyone who loves/cares for their pet. The heat sink map is very cool! I also really enjoy being able to see where she goes and when at night. 3.8-4⭐️
