Waste of time!! It is so much disappointment since it only accept credit card payment (the app said it also accept cash payment, but hell no!!! I used it once and so far never use it anymore. One thing that need to be improved, if we pay using virtual account and the items we want is not available or cheaper, happy fresh should find a way to give it back to customer instead of giving them refund voucher. Worst app I've ever experienced in Malaysia. It took three attempts to verify my mobile phone. But I lost my control and uninstall the app when I failed to insert the delivery address. The app is great. The customer serivce is superb. But they dont actually send my order. I ordered mine at 9.25AM for a delivery at 5-6PM. Radio silent (a headsup it would be delayed) until 6PM. Absolutely Terrible. Last minute order cancelled after waiting for a entire week because of the lack of delivery slots. Cancelled because of manpower shortage. Useless support team who doesn't pick the phone up 90% of the time and the other 10% tell you they will call back but never do and they say refund period 15-30 days. Don't charge the customer's card 1 week before the order, charge on day of delivery when you can confirm you have the manpower to fulfill the order.2025-01-18 10:23:17
