This app has an option to start cooking as soon as you start driving based on your GPS location .. so i placed an order an hour before and selected this option thinking it'll start cooking whenever I leave my place .. instead the order started cooking straight away and it was ready long before I was able to pick it up .. the pizza was not fresh when I picked it up .. whats the point of having a feature like that if it doesn't work .. This app is so painfully slow it's almost unusable. It barely works. It often crashes. Google pay shows up and disappear as a payment option. When you finally get the order through you're shown a bunch of offers to sign up for garbage mailing lists. It feels like the cheapest app out there. The old app was basically the old website in an app, which you had to be VERY patient with as it was slow to load, making it easy to press the wrong button as new elements loaded and readjusted the layout. That said, it worked - and you could access your account and gain Domino's Rewards points. NOW you can kiss all that good-bye, 'cause it replaces what worked with a poorly designed app: complete with unresponsive and broken menus/buttons, and no Domino's Rewards. I don't usually do app reviews but the update really forced my hand. New update looks more modern but it really misses the mark in terms of usability and functionality. Also, the main reason I updated was because I wanted the GPS delivery tracker to work for once, but alas it still doesn't work. Frustrating infinity loop when ordering on this app. When trying to deliver and order to a park or location and you are outside, spins you around and around in an infinity loop, going through the same pages over and over. I eventually had to give up and call the store with each store telling me I had to order from another store. Called their competitor at the correct location and got my order right away.
