If you're not smart enough to actually learn new technology, not the app for you. It has helped me out in multiple times since I bought the security subscription!! On top of that within day one! So I wish I can give more stars. But there's a couple things I didn't like. First off. The image is great. Very clear. But when I hit the talk button. It makes alot of noise. I have to mute it so they can hear me. Second. I don't like that only one phone at a time can access the camera. Me and wife like to check it when we're at work. And if she's logged in. Camera freezes in a position that shows very little. Doesn't track movement consistently nor notify me via the app. The app is clunky and often has connectivity issues, rendering the camera and app effectively useless. There is something not working correctly between the time zones and saving to the cloud and/or memory card. I have to dig through multiple days of footage in order to locate exactly what I'm looking for. There seems to be a gap of about a 24 hour period where the camera didn't record anything.
