If I could give this LESS than one star I would. Desperately trying to transfer tickets to a friend. App won't let me, zero contact numbers, no one responds to email. This is ridiculous for a "live" music app where situations like this constantly arise to be this hands off and inefficient. Don't know how to proceed. Really frustrating. App has feature to return tickets to waiting list but even though tickets don't sell you can't get them back or send to a friend. You effectively lose control of your own tickets without compensation. Update: after submitting a ticket a customer service representative was able to manually transfer my ticket to a friend, so I'll give it 2 stars. I was forced to download the app and create an account for a specific ticket that I needed to buy. I had no interest in signing up and giving personal details and bank accounts, therefore unfortunatelly I cannot give a positive feedback.
