I grew up in Southern New Jersey where it is very flat. I always was fascinated by my ears "popping" when traveling up in higher elevations. This app is fun to use whenever I have that feeling and can check out about how high I am to make my ears do that.

Is it REALLY "Exact" ??? The heading claims that it gives "Exact elevation for your location", then when you read the terms and conditions it is stated "This app is intended solely for your personal entertainment and does not necessarily deliver results upon which you should rely." If you are going to stake a claim you might want to add that this only works for elevation of natural terrain. There are a lot of mountains, valleys, right-a-ways, and tunnels that are man made from excavations.

Works very accuractly. My calculations using the sea level formula is one foot off from My Elevation reading. My Elevation is spot on the money, considering Iam no mathematician. This reading is at my home as shown on the My Evelevation map. Ive tried other apps, this is the one I keep. Now how do I get rid of the non invasive ads.

I wanted to track my physical response to altitude changes during a road trip, and this app is perfect. We have even been playing a game of "guess the elevation." Ads are not intrusive. Great app!

Does not show actual barometric elevation, but it works exactly as advertised. Very interesting for hikers or bikers with pop-up location data. Easy to use, and the product support is outstanding.

It's incredibly easy to use and the features are extremely relevant and helpful. The speed at which it updates while driving is perfect! The accuracy of the elevation display is always within a foot Or so of elevation signs
