Very slow and doesn't work great in the background. As I'm going through the course, the app takes ages to load, then if I've to go to another app to answer a message or so, when I come back I've to wait for the app to load again, click on the course, wait for that, then load what I was doing. If you could have it stay running correctly in the background it would help a lot as it's more fustrating than anything.

The navigation is very slow, everything takes quite some time to load independent on the WiFi/internet connection. Plus, while eatching the videos from a course, if I try to change the volume the app recognizes it as an attempt to move backwards and takes me out of the lesson. Overall the app feels outdated. Many things to improve.

Great teaching materials but the expirience is extremely bad. The app (also the website) is synching, loading it has to be restarted/ reloaded with choosing every new lecture. I needed to learn the open water divers materials (8-10h) and lost easly a thrid of the time waiting. Same for my friend. Just horrible, it has a lot of potential!

Awful and the developers don't seem to care, the contact email for them is defunct and they just send stock responses to reviews (see below). On a phone e-learning text font is pt2 and YOU CAN'T MAGNIFY IT. So that's my £45 wasted then, as it's impossible to read, so don't buy any e-learning courses from them for this app, they just aren't usable. AVOID.

The app has good interface, but has problems with the dive logging. It puts the current date filled, but normally the diver logs after some days, registering the worng date. After sent for instructor approval, there is no way of correcting the date. Not even cancelling the request to send another corrected one. So you get wrong logging dates...and there is no way to adjust it.

Used to work well but totally non functioning now. Keeps defaulting to "near me" when I'm trying to locate a dive shop. Very slow to load anything but impossible to get a list of dive centres in the country I want. EDIT. As for the hardware... I'm using an android app on a android device. I fail to see the relevance of the hardware. You only do 1 version of the app. Your response is more about projecting a caring front than actually wanting to provide a working app. I'd deduct stars if I could.
