Error message when first downloaded meant I couldn't do any thing (on android). After that it worked ok and one family member (on ios) managed to download but other one (on android) got error message. Another member managed to download but half the buttons weren't showing so no way to add the joining code. My phone said the app was constantly running, but didn't track that I had gone from home to the airport even after I'd been there for 2 hours (with wifi and data connection).
