Update. Still not getting loyalty gems even when I send in the receipts I've saved, now that support works again. Reward level still drops on games I've never played. Sweepstakes kinda feels like a scam. The winners I search for either dont exist on mistplay or they are just levels 1 and 2 which makes me think they are dummy accounts. I've seen the same name win multiple times at level 1 or 2. I'm level 28 never won once, playing every sweepstakes. Something isn't right. You do get paid though.2024-12-08 18:19:13

Broken. This stupid bug of verifying if I'm human doesn't work and will not allow you to cash out any gift cards. Honestly, I don't know why I even re-download it's a waste of time. *Edit/Update* After a few emails, they have manually fixed my verification, and I was able to get my gift cards. A lot of the times the multipliers go down because the application "did not credit mistplay for the install". I have contacted multiple developers and they say everything shows up fine, but mistplay either wont or doesn't know how to correct it, I would hold off on installing this application until they get this fixed.2024-12-06 15:03:20

I like the games but after having played over a month to get a $50 gift card, when I get to the verification screen, which is not listed on the FAQ page as a step, it kicks me back to the game page. At one point, the error that came up even said that Mistplay had a bug and to update the app after Mistplay fixes it. How long is it going to take to fix the "bug"? Works, but be aware that you'll only be able to redeem about $50 in rewards before you mysteriously start having an 'unresolvable network error.' It's happened to me on two different phones, with entirely different mistplay accounts, years apart. Exact same pattern. Cash out two $25 gift cards, then mysterious network issue. The games are ok and I enjoy playing them, but I use to didn't have a problem cashing out through paypal. Soon as I request normally it would be on paypal within a couple hrs. Now it's close to 3 days and that's just for the $10 gift card. It already take forever to get the diamonds up, and to have to wait that long for $10 ain't really worth the time.
