Totally unusable against Android update. Can't schedule/reschedule in the app. It gets stuck at a refresh icon screen, then an empty screen for insurance info/card on file, with no way to proceed. Also, can't close out a CS chat (due to slow response time, I resolved the issue on my own before getting a reply, but couldn't even comment in the chat to close it out)

Many many bugs no technical support. When you see replied from support they redirect our conversation to the circle app and then ignore the problems. The android version of their app has NO published bug fixes. Sserious issues with the inability to upload insurance card images stored locally on your phone (app goes into an endless loop). When I asked them if they were going to fix this, they said I had already resolved MY issue by working on the phone with the receptionist - not 2 fix the bug

Had a great experience with circle until recently--all of the functions in the app stopped working and now I cannot install on the latest version of Android. There is no way to reach out to my primary care provider other than through a broken chat function that I can't even use, on an app I can't get to install on my phone. I've tried on other devices as well with no luck.

Provider was late, and got frustrated when I asked her questions about the process, and when she said we only had 30 minutes I pointed out she was 5 min late, she said to reschedule and disconnected the appointment. Won't be using this service again.

After making an appointment and downloading the app I can't get into my account. It won't send me a code to my phone number and when I try to verify by email it just loops me back to the Google play store to download the app that I already have. I can't even cancel the appointment because I can't get into the account but if I can't get into the app at all it seems like I'm gonna get charged a no show fee because of a tech issue. Too good to be True I guess.
