The latest version sucks. The end-to-end encrypted chat feature sucks. It doesn't give privacy to the accounts owner, it just gives problems. I cant read the messages that was sent before because it is 'secured'. I also cant turn it off because the convo might be deleted and I dont want that to happen. Please remove the end-to-end encryption chat feature. It was a lot better without it.2024-11-08 18:43:57

We understand that the update is for our safety and privacy but this end-to-end encryption sucks! It's so hard to switch account and log in into different devices, it's so time consuming especially when your waiting for your messages to load! Almost an hour for messages to load! And it keeps bugging, like suddenly you won't receive any messages and some of your messages can't be sent. Remove this feature please, it's so hard to use and we're not familiar in this one. Ever since the last update, if people send me pictures or I send them pictures, it says high resolution can't view. Videos don't load, and pictures don't work. I'm also having issues with messages not sending or coming through, and it keeps saying waiting for connection. It is the only app on my phone that I have issues with. I have had this app for years, all of a sudden I can't access it anymore. The screen I get says try again, but nothing happens. I hit the back button on my phone & get a screen that tells me to sign into it, but when I tap the continue button I go back to the no access screen. I emailed support, apparently thats a bogus email account, as I get no responce at all. And update your sound emojis.2024-11-07 06:42:13

It is very useful for communications, especially free long distance communication. I just wish there is an option that I could move quick reaction from bottom right to other location. I sometimes accidentally press it and it can make wrong impressionnon my part (example... it can make me agree in negative topic, etc.). Please do this so i can make it 5 stars. Notifications don't work anymore! I've cleared cache, storage, uninstalled and reinstalled on two different pixel phones, but notifications won't pop up or make a sound (and I do know what I'm doing and how to check all the settings...). Without notifications working, there's no way of knowing if someone is asking about or replying to an item from marketplace, which is the primary reason for using it. This sucks.2024-11-06 10:16:39
