So hard to navigate this app. Lots of useless pages and I can't find the basic info I need. It's clearly designed for people who work at spark and not customers, there's no user friendly design here at all. This is the third time my extra products have been cancelled, and it's because it's hard to set up payments correctly to enable auto payments for various things and check you have set it up correctly. Seriously about to switch providers because this app is so useless.

New app is rubbish. Cant view any bills under the billing tab, only current balance; can only view data under usage unless press another button to see the rest of my plan info (pointless when could all be shown on main screen for ease of access) just way harder to use for no apparent reason. Serves no purpose or benefit to the user. Go back to the old one

Horrible. It was working well before the overhaul - then Marketing folks butchered it for the sake of change. Haven't found a way to top up someone else's mobile. No help available for that either, only one's own mobile. Had to go via *333, which takes about four times as long. Useless. And ugly, although I'd put up with that if only it did what I need it to do. Change your Marketing agency, Spark. Urgently.

New update layout is less than ideal. Please revert to a clean and more compact layout similar to previous app. For me on a prepaid plan the important info is how many minutes or data I have left and shouldn't have to dig to find it. If I need to know more then happy to do some clicking. Previously I could set which page to open up to showing the info I needed (data and minutes left) now new update means I need to tap and scroll to get to that info and it doesn't fit on one page. Please fix.

The ability to manage costs would be a primary feature. Spark notifies when exceeding cap but the app doesn't indicate casual data rate, nor how much you've spent. Also when showing additional data packs it isn't obvious to swipe left to reveal other options (especially as this isn't a control elsewhere in the app). Put the account number with the old info as an obvious place to look rather than going into bills.

I think this app is a complete waste of a download.as soon as I run out of data I can't top up because I have no data left to open the app plus I've heard to many story's about auto pay ripping people off so I'm not going to even bother to try it..unless they keep *333 which is more easy and convenient to deal with I will be pursuing a network change.
