Really really buggy. Sometimes it opens and works and sometimes it opens with a blank white screen with the logo in the top left. Wish I could show you a screen shot but the app does not allow it. When it does work the interface is really easy to understand. Out of the three home broadband apps I've used in the same amount of months this one looks really good. I wish it would just launch and work everytime.

The old app actually worked and let you sort out the many repeated failings of Vodafone and its routers. The new "updated" app has just the basic functions which means you spend 2 to 3hrs chatting to someone, somewhere on why the service was great and now not working. Only for them to just do a system reboot and everything has to then reconnect for the next 4 months till the router once again decides it no longer wants to work. I could go on but I think I'll get blocked (by the router!).

If I could give this app zero stars I would! I cannot get in to my settings and every time I try, it loads & buffers for an age. It was telling me router was off line, when my phone & TV were connected. I uninstalled and installed it again, and still cannot get through to settings. And why do I need to enter my username & password again anyway?!? Ridiculous and an absolutely useless app! Terrible from Vodafone. Only renewed my contract as I had a semi decent offer as an existing customer.

Why the huge change when the old app was fine, no longer displays speeds or network map and the device boost option has disappeared altogether which was handy to prioritise devices doing large downloads, fix it please

After forced update I have lost the names of all my connected WiFi devices, meaning having to spend ages renaming all the devices! Vodafone as a whole keeps getting worse. Not renewing any of our 4 contracts for phone and broadband come renewal time.

Horrible app. Doesn't give any control and very difficult to navigate Can't believe I'm saying this, but you could learn a lot from the BT app, which is easy to use and gives full control.
