Works quite well. It does constantly frustrate me that I can't just set it to my favorite theater and it maintain that setting and just go to that theater each time I open the app...instead, you have to just wait for a bunch of other nonsense to load before you can navigate to where you want to go...just like any non-personalized app that treats you like a new customer each and every time it opens. Otherwise, if you have no clue where you want to go, it is convenient that it offers you places.

Frustrating! I purchased tickets then had to get a refund. I used the Fandango credit. There was no option to use the credit at checkout. I had to exit that transaction to find the credit. It said it would be automatically applied at checkout but it did not. It charged my card the full amount and I lost the seats I was trying to get through the process. Once I figure out how to get my money back I will be using another ticket service.

They charged me a fee and would not refund There was a system error and the would not refund their processing fee. It is not fair that i would have to pay for their error. I used the app for years. Cant believe a company like this would not refund or give credit where it was owed. Will not recomend or accept gift cards. Going to get tickets straight from the theatre. It's useless. I hope they go out of business.

Great app except when purchasing for a popular movie. This app gets annoying when having to search for available seats if you are trying to purchase tickets for a popular movie (IE: Avengers). It is really tedious having to select number of tickets before you can view seating options. This process does not make sense, particularly since the app does not alert you if you want to purchase more tickets than there seats available. Imagine going back and forth looking for available seats.

Works if you want to see what's playing near you. Tried to sign into my account, no account exists. Tried to sign up, says I already have an account. Finally registered a different email, made selections entered payment info, hit the complete purchase button, error completing this request. Had to monitor my bank account to find out if they billed me or not. Go back into the app to start the process again, same problem as before. Account info not recognized. Done with this app.

I don't always have time to use them, but when I do, I truly appreciate the rewards that using Fandango provides. ($5 off rewards, point system, after Aquaman free downloadable comics, etc). The convenience fee is typical for an online ticket platform, but if you go to the movies often, the rewards you get definitely outweigh the fee in my experience.
