VSCO used to be a great app until ca. 4 years ago when they started messing around with the UI and trying to force you to use their community feature. I only care about the filters and the ability to save to my gallery & cloud though. After their most recent update where they changed the save to gallery feature I was fed up. Now I went to APKmirror and manually installed a version from early 2016, now I'm a happy user again2024-08-28 18:10:22

I've been using this app for many years now. Haven't been thrilled with a lot of the changes, but stuck it out bc I love some of the filters. Now when I just opened the app to reedit a pic from yesterday I discover that the majority of my pictures has been deleted from my studio. No info as to why, let alone a heads up. I can only assume that the amount of pics in studio is now limited for non-subscribers. Sorry but that's a complete deal breaker. I'll find nice filters elsewhere. I'm out.2024-08-28 15:23:48

Very user friendly. I can correct lighting and color slack on those "perfect" photos. Montage is so much fun to use. Wish there was draft saving for that and being able to add music and live stickers, but there are other apps for that. Not that big of a let down; I still use it on many photos and videos. One downside, it crashes a lot when using videos on montage and have to start over, or it will let you finish it, but it won't save or post it having start over anyway.2024-08-28 11:46:59

The app is probably one of the best apps out there with lots of filters and possibilities for editing. There are still some things to improve and that's why I'm considering withdrawing my yearly subscription. The thing is my photos lose a lot of quality, especially when applying borders and then I find them unusable. Disappointed in this huge step backwards for VSCO. I've used this app for years and it's basically useless now. The only editing tools that are still free are ones that literally any other app could perform. VSCO has clearly gotten so greedy that they've lost sight of how terribly this will affect them in the long run. Really hope they return the basic features they've had all along and decide to monetize in some other way. Until then, I won't be back.2024-08-27 06:33:53

I love VSCO! I think it is such a freeing and creative platform that fosters growth with visual medias such as photos and videos. I love the design and simplicity of the app. It's very easy for anyone to use. I do have a few critiques. Sometimes it has a few glitches in it(ex: changing the thumbnail of photos while scrolling, distorting images if I don't allow location to be shown).
