I like the fact it is bluetooth and takes various body measurements. I have had the scales for over 18 months, the bad the past 3 months it is having a hard time connecting to my phone, I have replaced the batteries in the scale but no luck.

Scale is in lbs until I connect with app, then changes to kg and I have to remove batteries from scale to get it back to pounds. Can't find place in app to change it and no button on scale to change it. Has not worked from moment I took it out of box. Was free either membership and I can see why

Worst app ever! Seriously, it feels designed by 10 years ago... by disconnected boomers. Terrible user interface, beginning with the login page. Scale is also terribly designed! You can have multiple users... starting with user 2! Yup, that's right, there is no possibility of being user 1. Getting rid of the scale and app and getting a Eufy. tl;dr steer clear of this brand!

I'd give this no stars if it were possible...... Bought a scale because I'm trying to lose weight and want to track progress. This app will not pair with the scale that I purchased (Conair model WW934ZF) wasted money on the purchase of this scale and it is non-returnable because I purchased a working display model... thanks for nothing........

i bought this scale about a year ago. i didnt have many issues with it in the beginning but over the last few months, im lucky if the scale connects 1/5 days. i have the phone right next to the scale when i hit "connect" and it will say it can't find it. Please fix this! I have an updated google pixel 3xl

This app is very hard to set up but once set up, is very easy to use. Love the import feature, that allows you to send your information to your doctor. Be prepared to call their excellent customer assistance for the scale and app and be patient as they walk you through it. Please note when they ask you to "tap on the scale," they mean to step on it and step off it.
