Zulily used to be my go to for shopping but in the past couple years, more than half the stuff can also be found on the China websites for a fraction of the price but the same crappy quality. Items typically take a month before you get them. I am usually able to find the same deals on identical products on Amazon or eBay and they ship way faster. Plus they will take your money and then a month later cancel your order without telling you and then refuse to refund your shipping money despite the issue being 100% their fault.2024-06-17 22:44:02

Your app SUCKS for browsing on cell phones. Too often when you back out of looking at an item it takes you back to the top of the list of products in the category you're shopping. It wouldn't be an issue except a good number of your categories have hundreds of products and I HATE having to scroll through them all over and over again to get back to where I was. Love love love the variety and process available on this app! I've been a loyal customer for many years and have never been disappointed with anything I've ordered. The ONLY thing negative I can say is that the cost of shipping is annoying - my advice is to place a small order on Friday afternoon, pay the shipping, then place the rest of your order(s) throughout the rest of the weekend, when you've automatically earned free shipping because of your Friday order. I've had a very bad experience. I would NEVER order from Zulily. I made and paid for an order WAY BACK IN OCTOBER. October 15th actually. A month later they finally decided to start shipping my item. A month later??? I don't know ANY business that starts sending paid for items a month after it has been paid for. I warn anyone considering using this app.2024-06-16 22:29:08
