The app has so many bugs..first I paid my Remita then I had to copy my RRR for payment validation, after clicking the copy to clipboard icon it was my to that was copied not the RRR, I then had to pay AGAIN, this time I had the same problem but I used another phone to snap the RRR since it couldn't be copied. The second problem was that after validating my payment I could not download my NIN slip, it kept on sending me to an error page, telling me that the webpage is not available.

I really enjoyed and impressed by this amazing brilliant App, it is a such a very excellent app for having access with your Identity status. Thanks for this intelligent creative work. Keep doing the good work. But there is one problem, why the new update changed my Date of Birth. Please, try to correct it.

This app is horrible. It should be brought down long ago. I can't access anything, everytime I tried to login my details it shows sorry our engineers are working on the app. It's a shame that something as minutest as managing an app is proofing very difficult for country. What a shame!!!.................

Almost nothing is working on the app,been trying to print my ID through the app but the payment never goes through,and I also noticed that all the reviews were not replied,its just frustrating that we can't access the use of the app to the max.

Very frustrating app If there is any rating lower than 1 star that's what I would have opted for. How do you create an app and absolutely nothing can be done via the app, always showing connection error or issues with SMS service, so what then is the use of this app?! Total waste of space!

I went to physically update my nin to change my name. Now when i want to view my digital id card, my picture is not showing!!! The NIN website and portal have been down for months now. And when you want to use many if the features in the app, it is always error error error message.
