Poparide should come with an option for drivers that after having a conversation with passengers, driver can send request to book a ride. So that passengers can book it. Sometimes passengers book the ride directly without providing any information. I had limited access to my phone and during that time one passenger booked the ride. And I believe before I talk with passenger the request got expired. And when I checked my account, it blocked. I'm not sure it's blocked bcz of that or other reason.2024-06-08 13:15:29

2 stars due to the customer service on the app. They seem to side with the drivers when it comes to disputes. Not saying all drivers are like this, but I've had many experiences where the driver was either flakey, very late, no shows or prejudice. On some occasions, some drivers will fill the seats outside the app and claim it's full in the app. If they cancel, your plans are ruined, or worse, you're late for work. I use the app whenever I need a ride. The interface is quite minimalistic. Love it. Yet, when it comes to checking details for your trips, things get messy. One driver was not contactable the night before an early morning ride even though we agreed on touching base that night (l left voice messages and text messages). I felt forced to cancel because I had to be sure to get to my destination on time. the app charged me 50% and I got an automated review for late cancellation without the reason showing why. no help from poparide...not too impressed with this2024-06-07 00:49:16

Great experience on my first trip. The app was fairly easy to use and worked well. Definitely recommended. I wish is able to add more in between stops (currently max 5). Couldn't find how to leave a review for my passengers until the app prompted me. I like that it suggests trip costs.
