I am on holiday, and on holiday I do not want to bother myself booking reservations for dinner. Are you guys serious? When I am hungry I want to go to dinner, thats it. I dont want to book a timeslot especially as the restaurant was never even close to full. What makes it even worse is that you have to book at least 3h ahead of time. The app is ghastly, nothing is where you expect it to be. There are signs all around our hotel saying this is available from the app or book a table on the app. It's not. Been here 3 days and still not worked out how to book a table. Utterly pointless.2024-06-04 04:58:35

The App has worked extremely well on our part,it's just unfortunate that things don't get updated on the system at reception. So we get bookings confirmed on the App but reception don't recieve the bookings. This is causing confusion & more stress for staff & customers alike.2024-06-03 20:25:43
