Can't add my digital certificate. Keeps going in loops saying that I need to download the app but also says that the certificate has been sent to the app even though it is never there. I've tried dozens of times and uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times but still get the same issues. Checked in at a location today and the hologram was showing (like my husband's phone who WAS able to add their digital certificate) but it clearly stated that my digital certificate was not linked.2024-06-08 18:48:02

Trying to attach covid cert. Continues to state that the app needs updating however I've done this and it still doesn't work. Very frustrating. Service Victoria, you need to make this a hell of a lot easier. Im a very capable person with technology. Thanks for the response; enabling Instant Apps (in phone settings, not in Google Play Store settings) seems to have fixed the "doesn't remember my details" and "doesn't show that I'm checked in" issue. Interestingly my screens still don't look the same as my wife's. I'll keep an eye out for how it is behaving in the next few days. Can I recommend that you add the requirement for Instant-Apps (and maybe a note on _why_ its needed) to the app info on this store page?
