It seems there's a bug when I run Traveloka on OnePlus 6T. Everytime I disconnect the wifi, then reconnect again, I can't access and connect to my Traveloka app (eventhough I was able to browse on another app like Chrome, FB, IG normally). But when I switch to mobile data connection, I was able to connect to Traveloka app. Really strange bug, hope they fix this..2024-06-05 09:10:03

I have terrible experience with this app. I purchased airplane tickets for me and my family on this app. One day before the departure, after checkin online I could not obtain the boarding pass. It was impossible to reach customer service all my calls to the hotline were directed to automatical box and the chat function only answered to common questions. I do not recommend this application. Recently experienced bad after-sales support from Traveloka. Because of some error in traveloka system, end up in a double booking and payment for the same fight. After hours of talking, and emailing CS, they have no solutions and end it all with the same answer: "because of the regulations of the airlines there will be no refund", but even for a double booking? Yes as they said. So I need to do my own research and contact the airlines to make a refund for it. No support at all.2024-06-02 05:52:27

Positive: The app is really easy to use. Lots of flight options. However, the process to reschedule flights was horrible. Made two attempts to reschedule flights and failed miserably, although payments have been paid in full. The given reasons are: a) prices had changed, although the current and yesterday's prices were still the same!; or b) flights were no longer available, but strangely the flights were still showing on both Traveloka app and the airline's website!
