Josyphin kimuli, first i appreciate it has been a great app for sure. For more than 2months now. Atleast av heard the finest experience. But this app has suddenly changed i have constant loss of connection. The Vod service has turned out to be so boring. No more translated movies. It always blacks out saying *something went wrong*. Plz look into this. Thanks

Good innovative TV app but it plays and pauses for more than 19 seconds. It also consumes your data yet you have subscription is still running. I opt to others old apps that have been there before this. 1 star I think is worth it. I will change that if the app seems to have no such problems mentioned above. Thanks.

I don't know how to express my feeling because this for now it doesn't qualify for any star. It's expensive, at least for that we can with stand but can't run for a month. This is real thiefy. You can't charge me 20k and just in the middle of the month it's done. On top of that it also interfere with the mobile data set for other use. Customer service is a complete wastage of time for it has never attended to any issue raised to it. I was recommending to my friends but they have all hate me.

I am giving you 1 star. I used to rever this app. It was revolutionary. I would pay subscription and watch without having to buy data. Now I have to pay subscription and again pay for data. The few gbs they give gets used up in the blink of an eye. I wouldn't mind paying for subscription, but again purchasing data for the same app. This ain't Netflix or other streaming services which have their own content. What you do here is steal other people's content and get money off of it. You are frauds

one star is even alot if you were to ask...I wish the rate at which the subscription is collection would be the rate at which the services are delivered...I'm unable to watch anything and when I minimise and go to another app, it starts playing in the background

I've been a user of this app for almost two years now (very good app) but it's now getting to the point of being unusable. Almost all the time "it seems we're having a problem with connectivity" but yet when I switch SIM cards to my data (painfully), it works. Please sort this out
