App is very slow and qr code ticket booking is very pathetic. Not able to book fast on the go. There is not much upi payment app link. Need more improvement. Many times its get frustrated while booking ticket. I didnt expect from cmrl.2024-05-28 02:25:42

CMRL is one of the huge network in Chennai the capital city of Tamil Nadu running across the city and as its next phase is under construction, it should have built a proper application instead this app is a trash. The UI is good but it feels like a half baked food while using it which can only be thrown in trash. Most of the times app wont open or it will keep on loading. QR code doesn't work at gates or it will take 2 minutes to work at gate, which further makes us to miss train at times. User interface is age old. App must be pretty faster.2024-05-26 18:20:10
