every time i open the app i have to log in to my account again... very, very frustrating! someone at mercury must think staying logged into the app is some sort of major security risk. its also bloatware/spyware so for privacy reasons I have now uninstalled and just log in through mobile web browser which is much more user friendly2024-05-25 05:17:38

Used to enjoy doing step challenges as kept me motivated in my walking. They've gone from App! Have rung Mercury, messaged them, emailed them - all to no avail. No one knows what's wrong, if it's the App or if they've stopped doing challenges. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.
